Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Nehemaya Technologies Ltd ("we"), a company registered in Rwanda, based in Kigali, Rwanda, handles personal data when you use Qeelo Teams. We are the data controller for account and usage data. For trip and guest data your organisation adds, your organisation is the controller and we process it on their behalf.

Data we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials, role): to create your account and provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• Workspace content (trips, guest names and notes, supplier contacts, field reports, documents): to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• AI assistant prompts and answers: to generate responses. Basis: contract.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to answer you. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails, only if you opt in. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run Qeelo Teams, such as hosting, database, AI model and email providers.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after it closes, unless the law requires longer. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority. We respond within one month. Email hello@getqeelo.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each organisation's data separate, and role-based permissions within each workspace.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and the app working. We do not use advertising cookies.
