We want Qeelo Teams to earn its place in your operations. If it doesn't, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
• This applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment, within 30 days of that payment.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@getqeelo.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your workspace. Your team keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for.
