Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Qeelo Teams (the "Service"), provided by Nehemaya Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), a private company limited by shares registered in Rwanda, based in Kigali, Rwanda. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms and are contracting with Nehemaya Technologies Ltd.

1. The Service

Qeelo Teams is a web-based operations workspace for tour, travel and safari businesses. It helps teams track trip readiness, tasks, suppliers, field reports, briefing packets and supplier reconciliation, and includes an AI assistant.

2. Your account

• If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you sign up as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for sending spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• introduce malware, probe or test the Service's security, scrape it, or interfere with its operation;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or get around plan or seat limits.

4. AI assistant

• The assistant's answers and drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check them before acting, especially for safety, medical, legal or financial matters.
• You are responsible for what you ask it, the information you give it, and how you use its outputs. Only submit content you have the right to use.
• You must not use it to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or try to bypass its safeguards.
• As between you and us, you own your inputs and outputs. Rights holders can report infringing content to hello@getqeelo.com. We may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the trip, guest and supplier data you add. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.

6. Our intellectual property

Nehemaya Technologies Ltd owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation and the Qeelo brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Qeelo Teams reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

11. General

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and disputes go to the courts of Rwanda.
